Trailo pricing — per vehicle, monthly cancelable

The prices shown now are early-bird rates. The regular prices (Connect €45, Operate €79/vehicle/month with monthly billing) take effect at a later date. If you start now, you keep your early-bird price for as long as your subscription stays active — future price increases don't apply to existing customers.

Starter „Connect“: €28/vehicle/month with yearly billing or €35/vehicle/month with monthly billing — plus VAT, from 3 vehicles.
Professional „Operate“: €47/vehicle/month (yearly) or €59 (monthly) — plus VAT, from 3 vehicles.
Enterprise: on request, from 35 vehicles.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (plus statutory VAT). Business customers with a valid VAT ID inside the EU are billed using the reverse charge procedure.

You sign in and can test all features for 14 days — no credit card required. After 14 days your account pauses automatically if you haven't selected a plan. No automatic charges, no obligation.

Yes. All plans — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — are monthly cancelable. No minimum term, no contractual lock-in. With yearly billing, the paid period runs to its end; no automatic renewal after cancellation.

After cancellation your data is available for export for 30 days — CSV for master data, REST API for order and status data (Professional+). After 30 days all data is deleted in line with GDPR.

The choice is feature-based, not fleet-size-based — both plans start at 3 vehicles. Switch to Professional „Operate“ if you need any of: form builder for digital inspection / damage / service protocols, Developer REST API to connect to your ERP or property-management system, multi-depot from 2 locations or the AI chat interface for route planning. Starter „Connect“ fits if Trailo is the routing add-on to your existing CRM; Professional „Operate“ fits if Trailo is your complete field-service ops system.

Yes — optionally with Trailo Kickstart, our implementation service. We handle the CSV data import, set up your Pipedrive and Zapier/Make connections, support the REST API and webhook integration with your ERP (from Professional) and train your team. Priced individually based on scope; with Enterprise, implementation is included. Best to scope it in a short call.

Enterprise covers unlimited vehicles and depots, organization-wide enforced 2FA for compliance, a dedicated customer success contact, custom onboarding and custom integrations. Suitable from 35 vehicles or for specific compliance needs (e.g., SSO/SAML, audit requirements). Price on request — email hello@trailo.io.
