Pricing FAQ

How much does Trailo cost per month?

Starter: €39/vehicle/month with yearly billing or €49/vehicle/month with monthly billing — plus VAT, from 2 vehicles.
Professional: €63/vehicle/month (yearly) or €79 (monthly) — plus VAT, from 5 vehicles.
Enterprise: on request, from 35 vehicles.

Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices are exclusive of VAT (plus statutory VAT). Business customers with a valid VAT ID inside the EU are billed using the reverse charge procedure.

How does the 14-day trial work?

You sign in and can test all features for 14 days — no credit card required. After 14 days your account pauses automatically if you haven't selected a plan. No automatic charges, no obligation.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. All plans — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — are monthly cancelable. No minimum term, no contractual lock-in. With yearly billing, the paid period runs to its end; no automatic renewal after cancellation.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

After cancellation your data is available for export for 30 days — CSV for master data, REST API for order and status data (Professional+). After 30 days all data is deleted in line with GDPR.

When does Professional pay off compared to Starter?

Switch to Professional if you need any of: form builder for digital inspection / damage / service protocols, REST API to connect to your ERP or property-management system, multi-depot from 2 locations, or more than 10 vehicles in operation.

What's included in the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise covers unlimited vehicles and depots, organization-wide enforced 2FA for compliance, a dedicated customer success contact, custom onboarding and custom integrations. Suitable from 35 vehicles or for specific compliance needs (e.g., SSO/SAML, audit requirements). Price on request — email hello@trailo.io.

Are there volume discounts for larger fleets?

Beyond the tier jumps Starter → Professional → Enterprise, we offer individual conditions for larger fleets. From 50 vehicles or for multi-year commitments, get in touch.
